Amani Nunan is a youth mentor, entrepreneur and the founder of Thrivly. After starting her first business at just nine years old and later growing BLOOM Babysitting into a nationwide community, Amani created Thrivly with a vision to help families thrive.Born from the words thriving families, Thrivly brings together mentoring, workshops, events and family experiences designed to build confidence, strengthen connections and support personal growth. Amani is passionate about creating spaces where young people and families feel supported, inspired and empowered to thrive.

Empowered & Confident 1:1 Mentoring Program

Helping young people discover who they are, build confidence, overcome life's challenges and create a life they genuinely love.Our Empowered & Confident mentoring program has been supporting young people for three years, providing a safe, encouraging space to navigate life's ups and downs, celebrate their strengths and grow into themselves.We've supported young people through some incredibly challenging experiences, including parental separation and divorce, friendship breakdowns, mental health struggles, self-harm, self-abandonment and difficulties with self-worth and confidence. We understand that every young person's journey is different, and our approach is always personal, compassionate and centred around their individual needs.Through personalised online sessions, we explore self-belief, confidence, emotional awareness, friendships, mindset, goal setting and so much more. Our aim is to equip young people with the tools to navigate challenges, reconnect with themselves and recognise just how capable they truly are.Whether your child is navigating a difficult chapter, finding their feet or ready to take their next big step, we're here to support them along the way. 💚

Mentoring with Amani - Ages 12-25

Amani is passionate about inspiring young people to recognise their potential, overcome challenges and create a life they genuinely love. As a young entrepreneur and experienced mentor, she brings real-life experience, fresh perspectives and a whole lot of encouragement to every session.Whether you're navigating a challenging chapter, building self-confidence, discovering your purpose or dreaming of starting your own business, Amani is here to help you back yourself, think bigger and turn your goals into reality.

Mentoring with Miami - Ages 5-12

Wise beyond her years, Miami brings a beautifully grounded, intuitive and compassionate approach to mentoring. With a strong interest in subconscious belief systems, spirituality and personal growth, she helps younger children understand their emotions, navigate challenges and develop the foundations for a confident, connected life.Miami creates a supportive space for children to explore their feelings, build self-belief, develop resilience and learn to trust themselves. Her approach encourages young minds to see challenges as opportunities for growth and recognise the strength they already have within them.

Dream it. Design it. Create it.Our annual Design Your Destiny workshop is all about getting clear on what you want from life and turning those dreams into something you can see, feel and work towards.Through guided reflection, goal setting and vision board creation, participants leave with a clearer picture of their future and the inspiration to start making it happen.Do it solo, or as a family! Walk away with a personalised Vision Board ready to hang on the wall!

Dream Day - Sort Your Life Out

A day dedicated to you and the life you're creating.Dream Day is an intimate personal development experience designed to help young adults reconnect with themselves, get clear on their goals and create a vision for the years ahead.Through guided reflection, meaningful conversations and practical planning, we explore everything from money and relationships to personal growth and the people we surround ourselves with.Come as you are. Leave with clarity, connection and a plan for your future.Designed for young adults aged 18–25.

Lotta Love - Transition To Highschool Workshop

Big changes. Big feelings. A whole lotta love.Originally launched in 2024, Lotta Love is a workshop designed to support young people as they prepare for the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming!) transition to high school.From navigating new friendships and building self-confidence to understanding emotions and embracing change, this experience gives students the tools and encouragement to approach their next chapter feeling supported and ready.Returning in 2027.

Make new friends!Our school holiday dance classes are all about bringing young people together through movement, music and FUN!Whether your child is a confident dancer or trying something new, our classes provide a welcoming, supportive space to learn new moves, express themselves and build confidence along the way.With exciting routines, upbeat music, games and plenty of opportunities to connect, our dance intensives are designed to leave children feeling empowered, energised and proud of themselves.No dance experience needed — just bring your energy and get ready to have fun! 4 hour workshops - drop and run, parents!
